EFT (emotional freedom technique)

EFT is a simple yet powerful technique of tapping on Acupuncture points while using individualized words and phrases to release patterns, trauma, habits, belief systems, etc. 

EFT, when experienced with a practitioner, is a very effective way to clear blocks and patterns, reframe your conscious mind and begin to live a life of creativity, ease, abundance and freedom. 

You can learn to tap on your own through a few sessions with a practitioner and it can help to really understand the process and get the most out of it. 

EFT is effective as a way to bring fast and effective relief to anxiety, fear, doubt as well as alleviate discomfort in the body. It is also a practice when used regularly that can bring abundance, confidence and feelings of self worth to your life.

An EFT session begins with a simple conversation about what is going on for you and moves into a guided EFT session using your own words, images and beliefs. I will tap along with you and guide the phrasing as we explore the depths of your your conditioning responses.
