A Yoga Nidra Session is a guided meditation in a state of comfort in the body that takes you through each of the Subtle Selves. It is deeply relaxing and restful. It can be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour or more. You will learn about Sankalpa (Your Heart’s Intention) and Your Inner Refuge that you can take with you anywhere and anytime. It allows you to explore and experience the seep sensations of your emotional body in order to understand and shift your everyday experiences.
