Welcome to the Journey

A life woven through myth, motherhood, and a deep remembering

I’m Jocelyn

Artist. Storykeeper. Threshold guide. I work in the sacred in-between — where creativity and healing meet, where grief can open into beauty, and where your body tells a story that’s ready to be heard.

“Your body remembers. Your breath knows. Your story is sacred.”

The Path I’ve Walked

With over two decades of experience in expressive arts therapy, community education, and soul work, I hold space for deep transformation. My work is rooted in myth, movement, motherhood, and meaning — and shaped by my own lived journey through loss and remembrance.

I hold an M.A. in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and a B.A. in Transformative Learning from CIIS. I’m a certified Soul Art® guide, EFT practitioner, Yoga Nidra teacher, Akashic Record reader, and more.

But more than that — I’m someone who walks with you at the edge of becoming.

Fragments from the altar of becoming — paint, prayer, thread, breath.

“This wasn’t just a class — it was medicine.”
(— Soul Art participant)

“I left feeling grounded, inspired, and home again.”
(— 1:1 session participant)

“Her voice, her presence, her words… a sacred balm.”
(— Insight Timer listener)

Mother. Maker. Memory keeper.
I build altars from paint and words and breath.
I hold sacred space for grief, creativity, and return.
This work — this life — is a living ceremony.
You are invited.

This is a Living Work

The Midnight Carnival is my heart laid bare. It is a threshold, a living altar, a new beginning. This book and the creative ecosystem surrounding it — from retreats to courses to meditations — are my offering to those ready to remember who they are.

I invite you to enter your own story through the doorways of art, breath, ritual, and rest. Whether you’re here for creative ignition, sacred integration, or quiet witnessing — you belong.
