In my practice, I work with the Akashic Records as a source of knowledge and understanding about the soul and its experiences.

During a session, I open your Records and channel the information that comes through as we follow your questions, curiosity, and the threads that begin to emerge.

We might explore soul contracts, past lives, future-life possibilities, ancestral patterns, belief systems, chakra centers, or recurring themes in your present life. There can also be opportunities for energetic clearing as part of our exploration.

But this isn't a traditional psychic reading focused on predicting outcomes. And it isn't simply a matter of bringing a list of questions and receiving a list of answers.

It's an exploration we navigate together.

I channel from the Records, but your curiosity, questions, and what resonates with you help guide where we go. Sometimes one question opens an entirely unexpected direction. Sometimes we discover a thread that invites us to look more deeply than we originally planned.

I've been exploring my own Records for years, and I'm still discovering new layers! To me, the Records are not simply somewhere we go to receive information. They're part of an ongoing relationship with the mystery, possibilities, and extraordinary experience of being human.

One session can be deeply meaningful on its own. It doesn't have to uncover everything, resolve every question, or contain an entire journey.

I bring three decades of experience in expressive arts, creative exploration, and personal discovery into this work, alongside nervous system awareness and an understanding of how our beliefs and experiences can become woven into our lives.

My background includes expressive arts therapy, although I am no longer practicing as a therapist, and these sessions are not therapy.

I also want you to leave with ways to continue exploring what emerges — through reflection, creative practices, or looking at something in your life from a different perspective.

Because the value isn't simply in what we discover during our time together.

It's in how we bring that understanding into the lives we're actually living.

Human Design was one of the first frameworks that gave me real language for my own life — and it's become a foundational thread running through all the deeper work I do.
