FAQs

What does a typical month inside The Remembering look like?

1

The heart of The Remembering is the 30-Day Soul Curriculum — thirty live video transmissions each paired with a written article that goes deeper into the teaching and offers practices for integration. Beyond the curriculum, there are live support circles anchoring the journey, live workshops diving into specific themes — automatic writing, creative expression, the rooms of The Midnight Carnival, nervous system practices and more — and the full Midnight Carnival Audio Library available to support you through every phase.

It's designed to be inhabited at your own pace, not consumed on a deadline.

What if the 30 days has already started when I join?

2

Come in anyway. Everything is recorded and available from the beginning. You can move through the curriculum in your own time, in your own order, following what's calling you rather than what's next on a linear list. This isn't a cohort with a start and finish line. It's a living world. You can enter at any point and find exactly what you need.

How much time does this require each week?

3

As much or as little as is genuinely alive for you. There is no attendance requirement, no homework deadline, no performance of participation. Some weeks you'll be deeply inside it. Some weeks life will be full and you'll simply know the world is here when you're ready. The Audio Library, the meditations, the Yoga Nidras — these are all designed to support you in the actual texture of your real life, not in an idealized version of it where you have three uninterrupted hours a day.

Is this therapy?

4

No. This is soul work — intuitive, creative, somatic, and expressive. It draws on therapeutic frameworks and is held by someone with a Master's degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and years of training across multiple modalities. But The Remembering is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapeutic support if that's what you need. If you're in an acute mental health crisis, please reach out to an appropriate professional. If you're in the beautiful, complicated middle ground of being a functioning, seeking, growing woman who wants to go deeper — you're exactly who this was built for.

Will I have direct access to Jocelyn?

5

Yes — inside the community through live transmissions, circles and workshops. For deeper 1:1 work, paid subscribers have access to private sessions — Human Design readings, Akashic readings, 1:1 integration support, and Soul Art Journey sessions. We'll always talk first to make sure the timing and the container are right.

I'm already a coach/healer/practitioner. Is this still for me?

6

Especially for you. The Remembering was built with you in mind — the woman who already lives in this world and is ready to stop being the one who holds space for everyone else without receiving it herself. You won't be sitting in a room being introduced to concepts you already know. You'll be in a space where those concepts are being lived, expressed, and metabolised in real time — alongside women who speak your language and a guide who is genuinely in it with you. This is where you come to receive, not to perform your knowing.

What if it's not right for me? Can I cancel?

7

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time — Substack makes this straightforward. There are no contracts, no locked-in commitments, no hoops to jump through. What I ask instead is that you give it enough time to actually land. Soul work is not always immediately comfortable — sometimes the most important transmissions are the ones that stir something you weren't expecting. If something comes up that feels confusing or uncomfortable, bring it to the circle or reach out directly before you decide it's not for you. Often that's exactly where the real work is.

I'm moving through grief. Is The Remembering safe for that?

8

Yes. Grief is one of the primary territories this world was built to hold. Not to rush you through it, not to reframe it into positivity, but to give it a container large enough to actually be felt — mythically, somatically, creatively, and in community. The Midnight Carnival itself was born from grief. You will not be too much here. You will not be asked to be further along than you are. You will be met exactly where you are.

I'm not sure I'm ready. How will I know?

9

You're reading this page. Something brought you here. That something — that quiet pull, that recognition, that sense of oh, this is different — that's enough. You don't need to be ready. You need to be curious. Readiness is something we build together, inside the world, one transmission at a time. If something in you is saying yes even quietly — trust it. That's always been enough.
