Then, we go deeper. Into your Akashic Records. Your ancestral lineage. The soul themes and patterns that have been quietly running your life. Your Human Design — the energetic blueprint of exactly who you came here to be.

That's a Soul Pulse session.
It begins with a quick map of your Human Design — not a lecture, not a deep dive, just the most relevant threads of your energetic blueprint as they apply to where you are right now.
Then we follow what's alive.
Maybe that's an energetic read of a situation you're navigating. Maybe it's a creative practice that unlocks something stuck. Maybe we drop into meditation or yoga nidra because your nervous system is asking for it. Maybe something surfaces that wants to be seen through the Records.
Every session is different because every woman who arrives is different.
